Just noticed that my left AirPods pro is missing the little mesh cap on the stem.

Does anyone know if a replacement can be gotten anywhere?

I'm based in the UK

Buy a new pair? Make a claim at an Apple Store, they might be able to replace that bud. Good lIuck.
The bud works fine, it's literally just the mesh has that has fallen off so want to try and see if I can get replaced rather then getting a whole set.

Don't blame you, but I'm curious as to what it looks like 'in there'. It's got to be crowded. I don't imagine that they left much room for extra mesh to keep it in place. Good luck with Apple. I've read that they do replace individual buds, and often with little fanfare or drama. Just a cost occasionally.

You can't really see anything and it is mostly the white plastics of the stem and like 3 small holes, one that you can just able see a cable. So want to get it covered for that reason, especially with living in the UK and it would not like our rain ?

Funny that my visit to England was totally free from any rain. It was a pleasant visit. Warm, one day rather very warm, but so much different than I was expecting. (I live in an area that gets less sunshine than you in the UK (supposedly))

There are tradeoffs for every place I've ever visited. I loved London. (But we were there during your 'holiday', and on the last day, the population starting returning and it was a tsunami cresting out of the bowels of the tube-way) But still a great city, a great nation. I wish I could have seen more of it.
