AirPods Pro ringer too loud

Man - lately the ring volume on my AirPods Pro is deafening. I can’t figure out how to turn it down. It’s just the ringer. Anyone experiencing this and have any work around? The ringer is turned down low.
 
This is a Problem for Years now. Unfortunately Apple doesnt care. Afaik Theres no Way To regulate the volume of the Soundeffects for changing Noise Canceling on/off etc.
