AirPods Pro tip comes off too easy

Anyone else have an issue with the tips coming off too easy? On my right one it feels almost impossible to take it off, almost as if you will surely break it. Now the left one, I can basically push it off with one finger. It seems like one side of the tip is not securing snuggly. Probably have to schedule appointment for Apple store.

That doesn’t sound right. It should require a certain amount of force to remove the tip so you are doing the right thing to take it into apple

Make sure you line the oval shape up correctly, once clicked into place they won't come off without a significant tug.

Apologies if you have pushed on correctly, if so....yeah faulty tip or pod.

Yeah I have them lined up and everything. They are snug on the one, but the other comes off with very little pressure. It came off in my ear the one day and I thought it was going to get stuck in there, haha. I'll report back what they say at Apple today.

This happened to me after I had swapped the tips out a few times. Fortunately it appears the damage was to the tip and not the airpod itself.

I went to the apple store and got a new pair of tips for $4.

so after taking them to Apple on Monday they are going to replace the left airpod. They had to order it in since they are so new, so I'm waiting for that to do the swap.

Surprising, I thought they would just replace the tips. Were all the tips in the box coming loose or just the one?
