Airpods Pro tips for larger ears

Recommendations for AirPods Pro tips for those of use with larger ear cavities?

The stock 'L' tips don't quite work, even when I've rotated the AirPod so the stalk is facing forwards, rather than down. I've tried a 'L' foam tip (Sonicfoam) and that was worse.

There are dozens of ear tips of every type on Amazon but I wasn't looking for larger tips.
