Yeah they've reduced the price from £249.

I’m heading to the US next month and I normally buy my Apple gear there from Best Buy when it’s on sale, although the current exchange rate is pretty poor. I checked out the new Airpods Pro and when you factor in sales tax they are only around £8 cheaper in the US, which isn’t worth it especially given the better consumer protection when you buy (and live) in the UK.
That said, I did order a Macbook Air from BB yesterday in the sale, to be delivered to the friends we are visiting next month - can’t wait!

AirPods 2 Pro Max passed Car Dealership walk past test this morning.
No cut outs unlike my old school original AirPods.
Sound quality is very much improved.
Very Impressed and these Are decent upgrade.
Only blip is I can't seem to get Tap to wake Siri working, though Siri fine via Voice.

AirPods Pro-2 seem to be taking lifetime to re charge case.
Maybe even need to leave on charge overnight.
Are there any estimate MagSafe Charging Time.
AirPods themselves seem fine, though not reconnecting whilst case drops down to 2% approx.
