AirPods Pro - Volume not responding

So here's a weird thing that has happened a few times now and I'm seeing any answers when Googling for it.

Listening to music, Message comes in, weird tone plays (I think it's the one that announces the text will be read by Siri), volume decreases and is then stuck there. Can't adjust it from the phone or watch.

Anyone else had this?

I have this happen to me too sometimes but only way I found a fix is the put it back in the charging case and then take it back out and back to normal.
