AirPods Pro without iOS 13.2?

I know that I need iOS 13.2 for the AirPod Pros. But how much I can use and set with iOS 13.1.3? My AirPods will arrive tomorrow and I have downgraded to 13.1.3 because of the bugs in 13.2.

You will not miss out on any sound functionality. What you lose is the connection animation, the ability to change modes in control center, and tip fit test. Because you can control the mode via the stem, you're not missing out on anything of substance and hey siri works too.

The AirPods will work with 13.1.3, but you won't have the most advanced features. I think there is already a thread about this.
