I am sure you can but then it defeats the purpose of noise cancellation since there is no longer any seal.
Should just stick to the regular Airpods then. I don't see a benefit to the pros without the seal.
This is the hack that a lot of us with wonky ears are using. Buy a set of small memory foam earbuds. Take out the middle plastic ring. Then roll the memory foam over the airpod earbuds and they fit like a charm. You can even cut some of the bottom off the memory foam so they don't stick out as much. They fit perfectly in the case as long as you take the plastic center piece out as outlined here.I love the pros, but they keep falling out of my ear, even with the smallest ear tip.
