I sold my 100% working Airpods Pro1 and I just got the new Pro2 in a good deal. I see it is running Version 5A377, waiting to update itself. I have two issues:
The volume is very low on phone calls on the14p but good for music. Even at 100% volume phone calls are difficult to hear, whatsapp calls as well. However, if I play music the volume is so loud you need to turn it down. I did a reset like 4 times already but still the same issue.
Every time I try to rename it worked but then I when I use it later, it reverts to the default “First Name’s AirPods.
