So I just picked up some Airpods Pro 2 a week ago today (11/7/22) and so far I am digging them but was looking at the settings and noticed the warranty runs through 10/12/23. I purchased them at Target, not some odd retail store. I'm not super concerned about it but I find it odd that the warranty only runs about 11 months.

Unless you've registered the product with Apple, the warranty check will show about a year from the manufacturing date. For coverage in between that date and the end of the first year since you actually bought the AirPods (or any Apple device) you'll need to present your receipt for warranty coverage.
