Just wanted to check if anyone else is also facing the same issue; 2 issues actually.

1. when using AirPods, if I call Siri using "hey Siri" and the phone is in pocket, it keeps the screen on; doesn't sleep.
2. when I do "hey Siri" and if music is playing, the volume goes up and down.

wanted to know if this is a one off or if anyone else is also facing these issues.

thx.

#2 - is normal. It lowers any audio going on for the duration of the siri inquiry. It gets annoying when I'm getting blasted with texts and trying to listen to music. I had to turn off the Siri automatic text reading feature because of this, lol.

As far as #1, whenever I've done siri and come to look at my phone (in my pocket, or in my car) - the screen has always been off. Maybe others will post similar experiences.

Sorry - forgot to mention, not at the time when Siri is active;

What I meant was, if the music volume is at 50%, I call Siri, ask her what's the weather - I get the response.
Later, the volume sometimes jump to 60/70% or sometimes, it falls to 30/40%.

does this help ?

Oh yeah, mine doesn't do that at all, apologies. Hopefully someone who has this experience will comment!
