AirPods skipping in WTC Oculus

Hello everyone,

This may only apply to a niche amount of you, but does anyone have issues walking through the WTC Oculus with their AirPods? Mine are unusable if my iPhone is in my pocket. It doesn't disconnect, but the music stops coming through the AirPods. It shows on my phone it's still playing, even though it's not playing through the phone itself either. However, if it's in my hands and closer to the AirPods, it will continue to play. I'm wondering if there's interference from the Apple Store or something else in Oculus, or whether it may just be my headphones.

If this is a normal occurrence, I'll live with it. Otherwise wish me luck as I have a headache inducing Manhattan Apple Store visit in my future.

I've had the same issue. Doesn't happen all the time, like 50%. As long as I move away from the area (around where that apple store is) I am fine.

Hmm mine is hovering around 100% of the time. I can be far away as the NJ Path escalators and have it skip. May have to stop in today on the way home.
