I wonder if others have noticed this issue...

Double-tapping to pause YouTube videos works, but double-tapping again to resume doesn't.

But if I remove the Airpod from my ear & reinsert it, then the video resumes.

This happens whether play/pause is assigned to the left or right Airpod. & on both the iPhone 6S & iPad Air 2 with the latest IOS.

Also tried uninstalling YouTube & 'forgetting' the Airpods on both devices with no luck.

The default Apple video App is even worse as attempts to pause videos shot from the camera won't even pause.

I've raised it with Apple who concluded it as being an App fault, so I've contacted YouTube support....not getting my hopes up on a response any time soon.

But can anyone else confirm if their Airpods are unable to resume YouTube videos via double-tapping? Thanks.
