Finally got a pair of Airpods and opened them up this weekend. The fit is really loose for me :( Almost like they will fall out at any moment which a sudden shake of the head. I keep having to push them in to my ears over and over again to tighten.

Question - how should they fit in ones ears? I know they are not noise cancellation headphones so the seal shouldn't be ear tight. I'm just wondering how tight it should feel? Maybe the way they feel now is normal. To me it feels really loose though.

Also, are there any tips that anyone can recommend that will provide a tighter fit and are compatible with the Apple charger? I tried searching and couldn't find anything.

Thanks!

I haven't tried, but maybe Earbuddyz 2.0 with the wings cut off?? I have an extra set, I should try.

But from another thread, you can get foam round earphone covers (the old school ones) and burn holes for the sensors. These will fit with the lid closed. Amazon had a big bag of them for $5.

If they won't stay secure in your ear, Perhaps the Airpods may not be an appropriate Fit for your ears. At least their not to tight, where as if they are loose, you have a possible solution with tips to adjust better.

I would look into Spigen Tekra Tips. They seem to work in situations like yours and they have good reviews. Spigen is also a great company.

They fit and so far they haven't fallen out without some serious movement (almost purposely trying to remove them) but they don't fit tight in the ear. They just hang in my ear. The sound is great. I'm just curious as to how tight they fit others ears. Is it a tight fit? I'm beginning to think the way they fit my ears is normal. I'm just used to wearing headphones that fit tight. I have powerbeats 3 and they fit much tighter in my ear canal. But maybe that's normal.

Mine fit comfortably and are stable with movement. But the wired EarPods also fit comfortably for me as well. I wouldn't say it's tight, but secure enough where I can adjust them if necessary. If you have a pair of the wired EarPods, try those for comparison and see if their is a difference.

Took them back and got BeatsX. Sucks. I guess i'm one of the 10% who can't fit in to Airpods. The BeatsX fit much better for me.
