All,
I'm thinking about getting some Airpods and was wondering if it's easy to switch the connections so I can listen using both my Iphone and Ipad. The normal Bluetooth speaker I have requires re-pairing of the speaker everytime I switch devices which is a pita. Is it a more civilized situation with Airpods? Just set up a connection once to each device and it "just works"? TIA.

there may be a different way but what I have found was I just needed to open the bluetooth settings and connect. The airpods were already there but since my default is my iPhone I go into the iPad settings and it is pretty easy. If I don't have my phone an only have the iPad it seems to know when I open the lid to the airpods that I want them connected to the iPad. Bottom line is you don't have to re-pair every time.
