AirPods work for Music but not calls

Does anybody know a fix for AirPods working great for audio, yet when I go to make a call - nothing. My phone either routes it to the phone, or if I try to select "AirPods" as the source it bounces back to the phone. Thanks.

Try disabling Bluetooth, re-enable Bluetooth, re-pair the Airpods.
