Airport Connection Problems - HELP!

This is driving me NUTS.

At work, I cannot connect to the wireless LAN. Well, I should say that it is intermittent. I'll go from full bars to zero. It waffles.

And now, at home, it SAYS it is connected (full bars) but nothing on my MBP can access the internet. I have to reboot my MBP to get it to work again. Turning Airport on and off doesn't do squat.

Just recently my AE seemed to be acting up. Never had a problem before, and resetting the modem through AirPort Utility was fixing the problem. I did a hard reboot by pressing the button in the back for about 10 seconds, and was totally back to normal. Worth a shot.

I'm trying to think when my problems started and I want to say it was around the time I installed Leopard (but I am not positive about that nor can I say that there is a connection -- pun not intended -- with that upgrade).
