Hi guys, I have a 15" 1GHZ G4 Powerbook with a totally frustrating problem!

I use airport with my wireless DSL router at home, and if I put my mac into hybernation, it comes back up as if it has re-detected the airport signal, but it simply won't work. I have re-started airport, tried manual ip's instead of DHCP but it still won't work.

Restarting the Mac brings the connection back up with no problems....

Anyone think of what else I can try?

thanks.

I know someone with a 15" Powerbook G4 (don't know the GHz) with an AEBS that has the exact same problem! After it goes to sleep and wakes up, it won't see the AirPort. HELP!

same problem

I have a 15 1ghz pb with the same deal. I have reduced to plugging in while I am in the area of a port... If you find a solution let me know..
