iPod Airport express + Remote application

Hello,

I've got a question regarding the remote app for iPod touch and iPhone.
I'm planning on buying an Airport express for wireless printing and being able to send music from my iTunes library wirelessly to my stereo. Now to my question: Will I be able to switch from iTunes on my computer, to my stereo hooked up to Airport express using the Remote app?
