Airport extreme set up after moving....

My apologies if this isnt in the right place....
I recently moved...and in our new house i plugged in ethernet to airport extreme but the light wont go green...
Of course it worked fine before. Am i missing something? If one takes their airport extreme and changes internet providers...(which i did) what do i do to get it up and running.. My computer and iPhone recognizes my airports name..but there is no connectivity.
Please help...

Is the ethernet cable plugged in to the WAN port (the unique port icon).

After you verify that internet has been turned on at the new place, I would do a reset to defaults on the airport extreme. I have an express and there is a tiny button you hold for 5 or so seconds and the light will blink when it starts booting.

That's the trick....Use a paperclip or similar and hold in the button...It's REALLY small and hidden in white, but it is there...Then as posted ethernet in and set it up from scratch. You will know if you have re-set it successfully when it shows up in Airport utility with just Airport Extreme and the serial number. Then you can go ahead and configure it.

You also might try rebooting your cable/DSL modem from your ISP. Often a reboot of the device is required for it to recognize a new router.
