airport monitor?

Hi all, I'm wondering if there's an application or some other way to monitor the transfer / receive rates from an airport extreme. Not just from my computer, but the entire airport. The thing is, my internet speeds use to be fine. Then the roommate discovered some program to download movies. It slowed everything down to a crawl, and I told him to stop using it. He claims he did, but when he comes home the speeds slow noticably, and when he goes to bed at night they become so slow its hard for iChat to connect to the internet. I figure he's dl'ing a few movies during the day, and sets it to dl a ton when he goes to bed at night. Any suggestions?

Put a password on your Airport.

Or if the password doesn't work, get a new flatmate

Thanks, I set the password to a different one after he went to bed (we share the bills for ethernet, so I can't cut him off completely), and the speeds shot back up to their normal amount.
