I have my cable modem hooked in to a wired router hooked up to a iMac G5. The iMac is broadcasting a wireless signal so that my iBook can access the internet wirelessly. The internet works fine with Safari and firefox, but I am unable to get any other programs (Adium, Mail, WoW) to utilize the same internet signal. What settings do I need to change? Is this even possible to do? Thanks in advance.

Hey, I've done a few searches both on the internet and on these forums. Still nothing, unfortunately. If anybody can help at all I would be very happy.

Hmm, sounds like an issue with port forwarding. :S
