So with the new iOS4 does Apple allow those to run in the background? I soley use my iPhone as my alarm clock these days but not to fond of the default app but have never really trusted the others since Uncle Stevie didn't think we needed background apps.

I'm just not sure if alarm clocks were included in the background API's that Apple opened up.
