Hello, I have used the sleep cycle app as my alarm for months now but recently it has stopped producing any sound. It still goes off and even says it has been snoozed but it makes no sound at all. It is intermittent too where it will work one day then not work for the next couple days. All the settings on my phone are the same as they have always been.

In my experience, the alarm is sometimes affected by the volume on your phone -- but with the volume buttons that you click, rather than the volume slider in the operating system that you get by opening the control panel from the bottom. So if you, umm, give the volume buttons a few clicks to make the system louder (not when playing music, but just the general tones), this might work? Honestly a real shot in the dark but it could work for you ...

Yes I have tried that.. all volume levels all the way up. I set my apple alarm to go off as a backup and it always works. This app has worked perfectly for like 6 months then all of a sudden it just stopped. I just hoped someone had dealt with this before and could help. This is my first iPhone and other than this the phone has performed almost flawlessly.
