Has anyone else noticed that after purchasing a new song from itunes on a computer and then adding it to your phone that album art will not transfer over if the "convert higher bit rate songs to xxxx" is checked.

The only work around I have found is to delete the album art, right click and re-download it.

Where could I report this bug to, its rather annoying.

Thanks,

K

I've not paid attention to the reasons, but my iPhone will have albulm art work one day, and then not on another. It seems like it has to connect to the Internet to get the albulm art work from the cloud. This is very annoying. I have about 6500 songs on my 4S. I'd say 50% have art work at any given time.

If I'm in airplane mode, the art work will not show for some songs, but will for others. As soon as I get a data connection it will download the art works, but then lose the art work for other albums. This is very frustrating!

I have the 64GB model, so I have plenty of room for the art work. Why won't it stick?
