iPod Album Art disappers in iPod

Hey All.

I'm having difficulties with my ipod video (generation 5). My album art for songs in my iPod disappears after a while. However, the art shows up on iTunes. I usually obtain the album picture by copying and pasting the album art into the "get info" area of the song. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
