iPod Album Art Messed Up

I know this topic has been discussed before, but not recently. When I sync my iPhone and iPods iTunes will mix up the album artwork for my music, TV shows, and movies on the device. On the computer everything is fine. Has anyone else experienced this and does anybody have any ways to fix it?

I am running iTunes 9 btw.
