Album art not syncing from iTunes 12.5.1.21 to iOS 10

The album art shows perfectly in iTunes but refuses to sync over to my phone. Some show, some don't. Doesn't matter if they were manually set by me or retrieved using the "get" feature.

I tried deleting ALL album art and using retrieval feature in iTunes. Same result. I also tried deleting all the music off my phone and re-syncing from scratch. Same result.

Anyone else?

Don't immediately assume that it's your error or something your not doing right. The problem is with Apple, I'm sure you will see an update soon (could be months) but eventually they will get it right. This happens with every new release, nothing ever goes 100% right. Many people are having the same problem with artwork not showing up correctly in iTunes 12.5

This is really irritating. One of my biggest pet peeves is no album art :/

Same happened to me, but with photos showing up on the "Artist" icon in my Music. Also a huge pet peeve for me. So annoying.
