After the update, choose "Floating" as your screensaver, then you can select Album Art as the pictures source*. Glory be!

(I have iTunes Match and it's working for me...YMMV)

Yep I noticed this too, I'm very excited! Unfortunately the only one that it seems to be supported on is Floating so far, if anyone had noticed the album art option in any of the other screen savers I'd like to know which ones are supported. None of the ones I tried had the option.

I seem to be on 5.0 (4032.1), but I can't find this option. I don't seem to have the new user interface either?
Do either of you guys knows why?

Umm, it's Floating only. I said it, you said it, why would you expect anyone else to find otherwise?

I think the reason is that most folk's album art tends to be under 500px, which may not cleanly display the kinds of fancy scaling transformations that the other themes require. Plus, many of the other themes are photo based, and album art isn't really about photography.

if you don't have the new interface then you haven't updated to the latest version of the software.

I downloaded the software from the dev.apple.com site.
After a few restarts it still didn't work.

I just restored through iTunes/Micro-USB instead.

Well I didn't know if you had checked through the settings of every single one of the screensavers, there are quite a lot of screensavers. (Especially in the classic folder). Its disappointing that its floating only, I mean I am happy that the album art option is back, but I really like the tiled look that it has on OSX.
