iPod album art wont transfer to gfs ipod

my gf has a windows formatted new ipod classic. she likes some of the songs on my mac, so i gave them to her.

however, the album artwork absolutely will not transfer to her ipod. the songs play fine, but album art is a no go and im at my wits end trying to figure out why. also this is itunes 9.0.1

I had a case recently where i thought i had artwork on an entire album, but discovered when i kept trying to sync some of them and didn't get artwork, that it was only on one song.

It was strange.

Sooo, have you verified with a get info on your computer that the artwork is there for the individual song?

After that, i'm out of ideas! LOL!!

When I connect her iPod, if I click on it on the left in iTunes, and go into the songs I put in it under her iPod's library, the artwork is there for all of them.
