Hey everyone, I'm having a new problem that I've never had before. I have a 30GB iPod video. I'm using Windows XP, and the latest version of iTunes.

Suddenly my iPod stopped displaying artwork on it, (just a blank square appeared) although it does show fine in iTunes. This happened right around the time I updated my iTunes. Also around the time I installed Windows XP Service Pack 3. I'm not sure if either has to do with it, just thought I'd mention.

I tried unchecking show artwork, applying, then re-checking it and applying and now I received this error:

The iPod cannot be synced error (-50).

It syncs my music fine, so the problem is only when I try to resync my album artwork back to it.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

I haven't no. That wipes it clean, right? I guess I was a bit leery to do that. I do have all my music backed up on a second hard drive so I guess I can get it all back on there fairly pain free. I might give that a go if I can't sort it any other way. Thanks for the suggestion.
