iPod Album covers not appearing on iPod but on iTunes

It's not a big deal, but I put album covers for songs on my iTunes, but when I play the song on my iPod the artwork doesn't show up

when i first got my iPod all the album covers i put on showed up, now when i put on new songs it doesnt show up, it just has the ? cover, but my old songs still show the art work

i updated my itunes to the latest version along with my iPod nano 3g

what should i do? should i just reformat my ipod?

The problem lies with the artwork not being selected under iTunes. Just right click the song and select Get Info. Navigate over to the Artwork tab (the last one) and click on the artwork. Stop now and sync your iPod to check if the artwork is displayed.
