Album covers not being restored on new 3G iPhone

I got my new iPhone 3G today (after waiting for the store to open for 2.5 hours). When I put my music on the iPhone 3G, not all of the albums covers is getting copied to the iPhone (a majority of the albums cover isn't there). But, the album cover is showing in iTunes.

What do I need to do to force iTunes to copy the album covers to the iPhone 3G?

Are you syncing, or manually dragging songs over?

I noticed the same thing. A couple of the covers didn't migrate. Kind of weird.

Anyone know how I can migrate the album covers?
