Album Flow all wrong!

Hey
On my iPod touch 3.0 1g my Cover Flow is all messed up. In my case on Jack Johnson's Inbetween Dreams it has Paramore's RIOT. What do I do? On iTunes everything is correct btw.:apple::(:apple:
 
I had the same problem, your going to need to reformat, back up all your songs and reformat on iTunes
