I recently restored my itunes library and I notice that a lot of my full albums are out of track order (Pink Floyd- The Wall) Is there a easy way to correct the listing without "nitpicking" though every single song?

Do you mean they're just sorted in the wrong order? Or do you mean what was listed as track 5 is now track 11? Are they changed in iTunes? Are they changed in Finder? There are scripts you could use to clean up, if this is the case, but it helps to have more details.
