iPod Album with 2 tracks with same name.

I have an album "Songs of the Civil War" and it has two tracks with the same name "When Johnny Comes Marching Home", but with different artists. One artist is Ronnie Gilbert and the other is US Military Academy Band. In iTunes, I have a playlist that shows all 25 songs, but when I sync to the iPod Touch, only 24 show up, and the one that doesn't show up is the voice version. Does anyone have any suggestions? iTunes 8.0.2, iPod Touch 2.2
