albums missing from iCloud photos in IOS10

Hi, Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this: I just upgraded to the IOS10 GM and my iCloud photos albums are not showing up in the photos app . . . . I am seeing the ones generated on the phone like selfies, videos, camera roll, favorites, people and places but NONE of my carefully created iCloud photo albums that show up fine on my other devices (Mac and iPad) . . . . the actual photos are there, I can see them if i drudge through years or moments but the album structure is not appearing on my iPhone 6s under IOS 10 GM so I am not seeing my folders of photos... also I know there are over 42,000 photos in my iCloud library but the phone now says there are just 2,600 Thanks

Thanks but unfortunately they're just not there, all the albums under the usual heading 'My Albums' are just gone

I've noticed that I've randomly lost a few albums a few times.... never on iOS 10 though I think it was iOS 9 where I had it happening
