Hey there. I hate to post for my very first time here with a problem but i swear its the only one and besides this issue im loving this thing!!! (macbook pro)

Anyways, I dont know if anyone bought the alexisonfire cd but i wanted to put the cd on my itunes and well the CD is having a pretty hard time spinning! because of the very slightly raised graphics on the CD, the cddrive just doesnt have enough clearance to keep the thing spinning!! if there is a solution out there which i doubt besides burning it onto another computer etc. then please due tell!! im pretty sure im out of luck here tho and that just sucks. but oh well. still happy! thx

Its the new crisis cd
i put the same cd into my dell laptop and it worked normally
when i put it in my macbook pro i can hear how because of the thickness its not spinning right and there is some friction somewhere

in itunes even, it shows the burning speed or whatever when uploading the cd in itunes. after the first song the speed goes done to zero then itunes freezes half way through the second song (this whole time there is serious noise, the cd never spun/sounded normal throughout the whole process)

I'm going to sound like a jerk, but I'm almost positive that the problem is, your computer knows you're trying to listen to Alexisonfire.:p

Yup, your a jerk, no, I am not kidding.

No, a computer with good taste.

Crisis played just fine in my drive. I'd say try to go get the CD exchanged, or find a buddy with an external drive you could borrow.:)
