I am trying to create a tshirt line im looking to find out what program.... it is i have use that has the t shirts like the ones in your picture below. I already design in photoshop and just looking to place my designs on the t shirts. So if anyone could give me some software programs that I can use to design...I would be greatful.

what picture below?

without knowing what you're talking about, Illustrator would almost certainly handle it. Though there are those who prefer Freehand (which I personally loathe)...I'd stay away from anything by Corel.

Mmmm, maybe I'm missing something obvious, but why can't you "borrow" those t-shirts you linked into PS, delete the existing designs, recolor them to your liking, and then just put them in a protected layer in your photoshop file with your design?

dear god, those designs are freakin' terrible...

so what are you asking? You know want to know how to create a drawing of the garments? For that you'd definitely use Illustrator or some other vector drawing program...

EDIT: who is it that makes Monopoly? Parker Brothers? I wonder if they know they're being ripped off...

I really don't know that much about photoshop...to take the tshirts and use theme as my own. Would getting the corel x3 program help me in any way?

I think that people are a little unsure of how to respond because it's not clear what you are trying to do.

Do you simply want to make pictures of shirts that have your drawings on them, or are you asking how to prepare drawings to be printed on real shirts?

Im looking to learn how to prepare designs on tshirts for print.

do you mean you want to give the artwork to a printer so they can print it for you, or do you mean you want to learn how artwork is printed on a tshirt?

I can assure you, if you want to learn how to print on a garment, it's not something that can be explained to you over an internet forum; it really isn't quite that simple. There are a lot of things you have to "know," and a lot of other things you have to get a "feel" for.

EDIT: I hate to burst your bubble, but that's how it is...it's not a particularly difficult skill to acquire, but it takes a fair amount of hands-on experience to learn.

I am very sorry to make this question seem so difficult. But all I am really trying to do is take the designs,I have created on photoshop and try theme on diffrent colored shirts. I am not looking to print the shirts myself at home. I have attached another picture to better clearify what I am trying to explain. In the link this person created a logo and placed it on the sleeve of the t shirts. Is this a program that I am able to purchase or do I have to know Illustrator to accomplish this???

Illustrator would be easiest, though it can be done in Photoshop. I am sending you a Private Message. Please read it.

Just provide the print you want, in the format/dpi/res the printcompany wants. If you want something like the above link though (with the blood covering the shoulders), it will be harder they will probably need a 1:1 image of the back and front so they can print it, so you will need to know the exact size of the shirts.
But aspiring fashion designers? The shirts in your first post are just terrible, that he/she still got a long way to go to be called a fashion designer :)

I asked the OP to send me an email address so I could send a vector tshirt for the project, which I have done.

What advice did you need?
