All day calendar events

guys, is there a bug in the jail break that causes all day calendar events to run over 2 days?

If I enter an all day event for 14/11/15 it runs through till 15/11/15.

Yes. I do my full day event on my Mac due to this.

Have seen a few people complain but idk if there is a fix.
