Universal All Google Apps Choppy?

Has anyone noticed how choppy Google apps are? I have noticed this in Google maps, Google pay and Google pages. Regular operations like scrolling and panning produce a choppy/laggy experience. It was the case with the 60Hz iPhone 7 and still is, with the 120Hz iPhone 14 Pro. Same experience on an iPad Pro. Also, it’s not consistent. If you pan vigorously, for a few seconds it will become normal, then start again.

Does Google do it on purpose, or is it because of the architecture they use to code these apps?

I use occasionally Snapseed, which does not seem to have that problem.

I installed Snapseed and you’re right, I don’t see the same problem in it.
