Not my internet. Everything else works fine and I can play it from my iOS devices and transfer to HomePod. However if you ask Siri to play something, it says it’s having trouble connecting to Apple Music. I have 11 HomePods, all are the same. 4 OG and 7 minis.

What exactly do you mean by "Not my internet"? Does that mean the Wi-Fi network isn't yours? Please clarify.

If you share a Wi-Fi network with others, given that you seem to have a lot of connected devices and I assume the others would have a lot of connected devices too, then the Wi-Fi network might just be overwhelmed with too many devices. But we need clarification of the issue before we can make suggestions.

Not my internet means, my internet is just fine. It's not that causing the issue. It's not shared either and it's Ubiquiti, not some random home router that has limits. It's fine now and seems to have been an outage from Apple.

Even with your own Wi-Fi network setup, there can occasionally be traffic jams when you have a lot of items connected. You have 11 HomePods connected, probably a computer or 2, probably at least one TV, perhaps multiple streaming boxes, possibly gaming consoles, quite possibly lightbulbs and other smart home device, probably smartphones and tablets, even some of your appliances might be Wi-Fi connected. Most homes have a huge number of devices connected to the Wi-Fi network, and once in while a traffic jam will occur, no matter how great your router is supposed to be. 💩happens, especially within Wi-Fi networks.

have you rebooted the homepods?
sometimes their wifi just goes bad. When that happens, usually some things will work on them, but others won't. Not sure if some processes lock up, and hang connection or what's happening.
