...Use my iPhone with an O2 Pay&Go sim card.

I have hacked my iphone so i can do this but what i have been trying to find out is...

...Can i ever upgrade past 1.1.2? I don't care about any of the apps available through jailbreaking my iphone, i only use SummerBoard so i can have a background but i could live without it.

I would love to be able to update without worrying about having to activate my phone again!

I simply cannot afford the tarrif that O2 have set out for official iphone use!

Sp what i ask is, has anyone who has 'hack-tivated' their iphone only to use an O2 sim other than the official iphone tarrif, upgraded and not been asked to re-activate thier iphone?

I'm in a similar situation, I have an iPhone that originally came with 1.0.2 and unlocked with anySIM. I'm currently at 1.1.2 on T-Mobile (in the US) and have been told by just about everyone that the 1.1.3 update will both re-jail and re-lock my phone. At this point in the game, if you have a jailbroke/SW unlocked iPhone, it's best to just hold off on 1.1.3 until some genius hacker figures a way to do it.
