All icons in launchpad are blurry

Northern Europe in the middle of nowhere
All icons in my launchpad are blurry! It happened after I had my mac connected to my tv and then switched back to my regular monitor.
I have tried resetting launchpad with a terminal command and I've tried to change my resolution back and forth but nothing helps!
Anyone encountered this before or knows how I could fix this issue?

you may want to goto system preferences and goto displays. and check the resolution of that monitor.

is it a different tv? a regular desktop monitor?

Happens occassionally, temporary fix:

Slightly resize dock, using Launchpad.
