All mac folder are showing up on xp computer

I have made a home network over a wifi connection. I am running OS X and have only give 3 folders sharing privlages. When I go to my XP computer I can see all of the folder in my home folder. The only way to stop this is to turn off file sharing on the XP. Any suggestions?

Can you actually access all of the folder or can you just see them?
