When I hold my iPhone 5s portrait the pictures keep coming out landscape. When I hold the phone landscape, the pictures come out portrait.

When I hold my iPhone in landscape and I take a photo, sometimes the photos come out portrait length. If I don't hold my iPhone completely landscape, even a tad tilt, the photo comes out portrait. I then have to go into the photo editor in my 5s and rotate the image back to landscape.

What is going on? I don't know if it has something to do with my jailbreak or not, however my 5s is a replacement, just got it 2 weeks ago.

I don't know if this will matter or not, but do you happen to have rotation lock turned on? If so, turn it off and see if the results are different...
