Okay so this phrase jumped into my head but I can't remember how it ends.

(s)he thinks that (s)he is all that and...

Whats coming to mind is
a side of fries
a bag of chips
a can of mace

I vaguely remember an All-4-One song in the mid nineties that had the "all that and a bag of chips".

I'm really not that old. Really.

On a whim I went to Wikipedia and searched for the phrase "all that and a bag of chips." Turns out there's a band by that name!

Of course, that band isn't the origin of the expression either. I don't remember the song that Jschultz is referring to (and yes, I am that old) but "sometime in the nineties" is probably when I first heard that expression -- so maybe that song was it.

You remember something from a little more than a decade ago and are claiming to be "not that old"?

If you're older than 13 then you have nothing to qualify, I can remember some things from when I was 3 so with the mid nineties being 10-14 years ago you're fine. It's when you start remembering stuff from the mid 70s early 80s that you need to start qualifying age... if you really care.

Not sure where it came from. I was walking into work and the thought bubbled up. I am fairly certain its a 90's thing. Google has 100,000 hits with it in quotes.

urban dictionary has...

a 90s saying that was really popular. Means a really hot girl who got it going on, who is all that and more.

Which fits I think.
