Running ios9 on an iPad Air 2 and the "Allow Hey Siri" (voice recognition) isn't working for me. I can toggle it on, tap on Set It Up Now, and am prompted to say, Hey Siri, but that's as far as I get. The rainbow vibrates but it's like it never really hears me. Eventually it just times out. Tried it plugged in, unplugged, with and without the Smart Cover, even went into an excessively quiet room. Nothing. Hey Siri worked as advertised up until the latest release a couple days ago.
The whole process worked just fine on my 5s.
