Allow Siri to learn from how you use…

Does anyone know what this setting does? Obviously I know what it says, but I don’t recall ever getting a suggestion for something. Is there another setting associated with it that I need to turn on?

This was implemented in iOS 12 or 13 I believe. Its where contextual Siri suggestions come from.

Entering a date in the calendar autocompleting from a text in the message app, Siri suggestions when you swipe down on the middle of the screen for the search bar. Suggesting multiple contacts in messages before you do. etc...
