I'm almost to 200GB (about 2-3GB left over). However, I really don't need 2TB — that's too much data for me, and too expensive as well. Any suggestions? My photo library on iCloud (which I want to keep) is the main culprit taking up most of the space.

Any advice? Is there a secret hidden 500GB tier? (JK, but that would work perfectly for me.)

Thanks!

Unfortunatly with you wanting to keep the photo library on iCloud and wanting to keep it there... I too also wish there were more options even just a 1TB one. I was in the same situation and currently sitting at 250GB, but I did get the 2TB plan, but if there ever comes a time when a 1TB opens up I will hop on it quick!

$6 more is too expensive?

Well either way, the only way I know how to double storage is to become an AppleOne subscriber at the Family tier. But as I said, if you're willing to do that you might as well pay the extra $3 at that point and get the 2TB plan.
